Rainier Valley Corps (RVC)’s Community Impact Fellowship Program places talented leaders of color in a two-year full-time position at local grassroots organizations led by communities of color.
Our Fellows bring the experience, passion, and talent — we pay a livable wage, benefits, and provide ongoing professional development training.
The Difference We Will Make Together
Our curriculum involves four key areas: nonprofit management, adaptive and collective leadership, advocacy and policy, community organizing, and cultural dynamics. Embedded within the curriculum are focuses on systemic racism, power, privilege, and intersectionality.
Fellows will work in the offices of Community Based Organization in areas people of color have historically and currently are rooted in.
