Leadership Development does not stop when our program stops, and it is important for RVC to continue to invest and engage our fellow alums. We’ve started an Alumni Association for our fellows to continue their connection to the organization and to future cohorts of leaders of color, and to support their professional growth as much as we can.
PROJECT MODEL: Each graduating cohort of fellows are automatically added to the Fellows Alumni Association (FAA) unless requested otherwise. For the first iteration of this alumni program, we will focus on two services for Alum.
