Running a nonprofit is incredibly complex. As part of our Alliance, our partners gain access to operations support from RVC. By centralizing the operations of many smaller organizations and taking advantage of economies of scale, we streamline their administration and provide the highest quality back office support.
Our partners can easily adopt this full package of services, which is specifically tailored to the needs of nonprofits of color. There’s no need to develop their own systems; we use best-in-class policies and procedures that ensure their organization maintains the highest standards. Our effective, efficient, and equitable administrative support makes it possible for our members to focus on what’s important.
For a small percentage of our partner’s operating expenses, we take care of:
- Human resources: We administer payroll, maintain the employee handbook and all related policies, support handling any HR issues that arise, and provide excellent benefits.
- Accounting: We balance the books, provide regular financial coaching, support your budgeting process, and ensure healthy financial oversight.
- Legal: We review all your contracts, ensure proper risk management, provide legal advice, and maintain your 990s.
- Insurance: We provide insurance for facilities and D&O.
We simultaneously provide capacity-building coaching alongside operations support, charting a path forward for them and their organization.
